Latitude is a travel-planning app: it plans a trip with you, keeps each day's timeline on your phone, and reworks the plan when you tell it something changed — anchored bookings stay put, everything else moves around them.

Something not working?

Email dale@aithisjob.com and say what you were doing when it went wrong. The app's version number is at the bottom of the You screen — include it if you can.

Common questions

• Sign-in: during the beta, accounts are created for you — there is no sign-up in the app. Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen to set a new password; a code goes to your email.
• Forwarded bookings: your personal forwarding address is on the You screen. Email a confirmation to it and the booking is offered on the right trip day for you to approve.
• Deleting your account: see the privacy policy — one email does it.
